Personal information privacy policy

myrobotics Industries Inc, its affiliates and its subsidiaries (“myrobotics”) attach great importance to respect the privacy of their clients, their employees and suppliers. That is why myrobotics has implemented this personal information privacy policy (“Policy”) with the aim to govern myrobotics’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
This Policy refers to how myrobotics collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information. Our practices regarding the respect of your personal information comply with the Loi sur la Protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé du Québec. This Policy does not apply to information that does not constitute “personal information” under applicable laws dealing with privacy.
Collection and use of personal information
myrobotics may collect personal information from you:
- When you purchase any of our products or services;
- When you request information about any of our products and services;
- When you contact myrobotics Customer Service or any employees or professionals of myrobotics;
- When you visit the myrobotics website or make transaction on said website;
- When you provide myrobotics with comments or suggestions;

myrobotics will only retain personal information for as long as it is necessary to process related transactions.
All personal information collected by myrobotics is protected by security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. All personal information stored in electronic form, including all information collected through the website of myrobotics, is kept in confidential and secure data banks. myrobotics evaluates its equipment and security procedures regularly and modifies them if required, so it can remain at the leading edge of security technology.
Amendments to policy
Should myrobotics amend this Policy, myrobotics will post the entire revised statement on its website. If myrobotics makes substantial changes to the way it collects personal information, myrobotics may also notify you in other ways by sending you an e-mail, posting a note on the homepage of its websites or in its places of business.
